Extraordinary Attention to Detail, Expect the Exceptional

Viridiana giving a traditional mens haircut

I’ve always loved doing hair and am consistently motivated to succeed with each of my clients. I want my clients to truly enjoy their time with me, and after every visit I want them to feel like they just got the best haircut of their life. When I was 5 years old I chopped off my sisters hair, my mom told me I couldn’t cut hair again until I took some classes, the rest is history! Now I love doing hair... my sister even lets me cut her hair again. I landed in GQ, and it's an amazing place to work, the atmosphere is conducive to creativity and a one of a kind experience. This is no ordinary barber shop. I always try to start each reservation with a comprehensive consultation to ensure I know exactly what my clients want. I like to ask the men in my chair when their last haircut was to understand their hairs natural growth pattern, than we talk about length, style, texture and influences. Before I get started, I always check in with my clients to make sure we are on the same stylistic page before getting started. I take the time to focus on the details that distinguish a good haircut from a great one.  As an artist I love innovating with my clients from ultra-modern to traditional styles, I believe successful artists always think outside the box.
